Pros: we make our owe hours for lunch
Exceptional care is angency, so so CNA goes to client home to work. A typical day is going to the client home, and they are very happy to have you to take care of them. I don't no most of the coworkers because its not a in office work. For me the most enjoyable part of this job is my Client, I love to take care of them, and seeing them smile and happy.

Cons: sometime double shifts if backup calls out
