1- Pricing analyst domain in ADM & ACM (Agency Debit Memo & Agency Credit Memo) for French Market for the carrier LH,AF,SQ,SN,VY,SK,AI,KL,DL,US,AA...

2- Receiving the ADM from Airlines through BSP due to issuance error, exchange error and refund error. We have to analyze that Airline has raised the correct ADM by doing pricing and checking the rule – more... condition. If it is found that ADM is not valid or Airline is charging the additional amount so we dispute the ADM by providing our research as well as calculation and request them to modify the amount or if ADM is billed in this case we request them to issue an ACM to cancel the ADM with same amount

3- Working in B-process receiving the mail from French customer with the request of invoice as well as queries in French so I need to check the invoice and reply the queries, answers to customer in French after verifying the info of PNR in GDS provided by customer.

4- Creating the invoices in Cesar for LOW COST carrier, Car, Air and Rail for French market – less

i am learn more in exl service . this is a international organization . i talk to client . my partner is very help full and good nature and organization environment is very good

It was just a normal BPO company with not that much of benefits, as the company went to bankruptcy and I dint get salary for 3 months.

However during the tenure, it was fun and challenging to make the calls and make the sales for the products which I was selling to.

Company offers us to participate in other many fun activities and also conduct many programs for our personal growth.

In EXL work culture is very smooth. everyday when i enter to the office premises it seems that it is like a home. each and every person is very supportive. They help me and motivate me all the time.

A good company to work. Environment is cool, job security is there. But the sad part is salary is very low as compared to other companies.

Here I have learned that-Forget "I" and Remember-"We"-Teamwork-The better than the best Company.

*Working timing is night- Rowing in opposite direction.

EXL is a very good organization . working environment of EXL is also very good. I am in claims department (NOL) and I have learned here a broad knowledge of General insurance. I have successfully completed intro 320, ins 21 and, ins 22.

there is no typical day such as , i have learn so many things ppl are good , heardest part is after achieving not getting next lavel , comfertable if want to work exe. lavel

A fantastic atmosphere to learn pressure building and relaxing way of doing work with jokes cracking across the table and enjoying every bit of time . Scope for more oppurtunity under the same field and canvassing for better growth with Research and Development.
