This is an exciting opportunity with a high growth company in Akron, Ohio.
‐ Manage and grow a roster of clients, including achievement of financial goals
‐ Lead a team of Account Managers and own responsibility for the team’s performance
‐ Develop and manage digital media strategy for clients
‐ Own client digital media budgets with accountability for results
‐ Articulate the value of data-driven online and mobile media strategies
‐ Build credibility as a strategic resource / partner for clients
‐ Identify and cross-sell strategic campaign opportunities
‐ Train client users on core and enhanced product features
‐ Convey customer product requests and requirements to internal teams and stakeholders
‐ Demonstrate a willingness to lead a team and achieve results in a rapidly evolving environment
- 5+ years experience as a digital media buyer
- 3+ years client-facing experience
- 3+ years team leadership experience
