Depends on the department for sure - some are good where you can work from home. But if your role has to be full time and you return from maternity leave - well yeah Experian dont let that happen.

The working hours were good.
Everybody I associated with were very kind, helpful and in general a very fine group of people.
The conditions were extremely stressful during the early years. I've been told that there are many changes and working conditions are better.

Depends on the department - in some cases you may be asked to work mandatory overtime. In others, it's just your typical 40-hour work week. When mandatory overtime was requested, your lunch would be reduced from an hour to thirty minutes and you were paid appropriately.
