Good benefits, Underwhelming in all other aspects
Fraud Assistance Representative I (Current Employee) –  Allen, TXNovember 1, 2016
So, the benefits have been great. However, after I started working there, there was a small pay increase to bring the company up to "competitor standards", yet we still make a lot less than other companies in the area. Considering it is a Fortune 100 company, it's kind of ridiculous.

Global Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) component of worldwide upgrade to R12 Oracle Financials. Analyze several different billing systems. Interface lock boxes, billing systems and third party Credit Card processing, iPayment, Direct Debit, Advance Collections, and manual entry for invoice/cash applications. Identify inbound/outbound interfaces for reconfiguration. Collaborated with UK counter-parts, internal/external (on shore and off shore) IT professionals, and partnered with various US/UK business units. Drove project on-time, within budget and quality delivery. Overall result provided one financial source for worldwide financial metrics and reporting.

Call Center Representative (Former Employee) –  Allen, TXAugust 12, 2016
You can not have paper, meaning no books, you can not have your phone, you can not even get up and walk with out being pulled back by the cord running from your phone to your headset, No access to the internet, not even educational sites, not even the sites that you are trying to help navigate customers through. Some people would get several days off in a row as other, like myself never had two consecutive days off. When there was a scheduling issue, we were told it would be looked into, months go by and still nothing was done. Every person from my training class was gone in 7 months except two. Our manager left as well as our team lead.

Experian is an amazing workplace with great people and extremely helpful teachers. The job is largely based in long hours on the phone and Experian does a wonderful job creating an environment to make you feel calm and comfortable to accommodate.

Rewarding, challenging and fun work place
Inside Sales Professional (Former Employee) –  Albuquerque, NMApril 14, 2016
Planning the day is easy with Salesforce, managing all my cold calls and follow-up developed business.

Hospital revenue cycle software solutions are complicated and difficult to understand the constantly changing technology.

The training received and management staff is the best; constant preparation and education.

Experian Health has a "team concept" culture that creates an environment that breeds success. You only need to bring your efforts and determination to win.

Surrounded by the best trained people with a solid foundation that is informal and thought-provoking makes this the most enjoyable position I ever had
Pros
work independantly, take ownership
Cons
over 50 products to sell; must study hard to master the vast solutions

Client Services Associate II (Former Employee) –  Allen, TXAugust 30, 2016
The job was in a call center and the environment tends to come with the job. While they do try to give you multiple breaks and have many ways to relax such as Fusball Tables and Air Hockey, TV's and video games, and a quiet room to relax. They even offer onsite massages. The calls are non-stop and the training course can be rigorous for some. But overall the experience was good and it helped my family and I when we needed it most, with great pay and awesome benefits packages.

Work life Balance
Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJune 27, 2016
My current employer has a wonderful work life balance environment that allows its employees to work from home. A typical day at work is prospecting and pushing project through to the client satisfaction.

In order to be successful one must be able to multitask, be self motivated and have great problem solving skills.

The hardest part of the job is not having enough resources to get the job done due to lack of internal communication. However, this problem is now being address.

What I love most is meeting my clients and assisting them with their growth initiatives.
Pros
Worklife balance
Cons
Internal Communication, and Training
