EGS is a company undergoing constant change, the bonus structure for the best buy section is based around customer services via email. you need 3 perfect scores to qualify (50dollars a piece) but if you get 2 imperfect scores you lose the entire month's bonus. The environment is open and fun with management that keep the workplace more like a family, if content doing little effort while being paid this is a perfect job. It is not a very mentally engaging job due to the way IKE is set up.

Friendly business casual environment with great advancement opportunities. Cafeteria food is awesome, with low reasonable prices. The location is by the airport. The pay includes shift differentials for working after 9pm and on weekends. Management always willing to help and compromise. Multiple vendors in one building.

No hands on (on computer) during training. You can read to me all day but without learning the computer system you don't know how to navigate through the system. Some of the people are nice, some are just down ugly. Not a happy camper right now.

Call center environment working on Pharmacy Rejections.
Easy Work if you pay attention in Training
Easy to become a SME (Someone who walks around and answers people's questions on the floor) if your knowledgeable but no pay raise what so ever unless you become a Team Lead which is a lot harder than becoming a SME.

Answering phone calls on daily basis to assist clients' request of services regarding their computers. Scheduling if needed and casing all calls for future referencing. Co-workers and management are helpful and will do whatever possible to accommodate employee needs/requests. Hardest part is dealing with upset clients. Enjoyable part is interacting with many people.

Your basically on the phone all day answering customers questions for a specific client. There are several systems that you have to learn to use to help you do your job. Yes, you do go through training and it's paid. The job isn't really hard, it's what you make it each day you come to work.
