No job security
Customer Service/Account Management (Former Employee) –  Fargo, NDDecember 14, 2017
Pay was good, great work environment. Made a lot or lifetime friends and management was actually awesome but no job security in contract work. Microsoft could renew the contract or not, you have no way of knowing til it happens.

Scheduling and pay is decent but management needs work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Tucson, AZDecember 13, 2017
The pay and schedules offered is pretty decent however you rarely receive recognition for achievements or for when you go above and beyond then what you are being paid for. Also of management and IT is notorious for sending people home without pay due to them not being to do their jobs and keep the systems up and running
Pros
Schedules and Pay
Cons
Management is not reliable

Not a good place to work
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Green Bay, WIDecember 6, 2017
The culture was one of clicks and if you weren't part of one you were screwed. Benefits are a joke and pay was low. If you are looking to start a career its ok for the short term, but don't come looking for a long-term solution.

Partner Technical Consultant (PTC) (Former Employee) –  Fargo, NDOctober 27, 2017
Obviously contract work is not stable and you are reliant on managers that can maintain good relationships with the client. Benefits and compensation are marginal. Find the right manager and you will probably like the job but overall you can do better than this company. You are not going to get rich working here. On the other hand, pretty good freedom and flexibility.

South West Gas Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZOctober 23, 2017
low pay, not enough hours. They only allow you 3 minutes away from the phone if you have to use bathroom or get water outside your break. The upper management is bossy to lower level staff.
