A fun work enviornment while providing excellent service on various programs while helping customers
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Davenport, IA – December 15, 2017
I learned strong customer service and sales skills while working in a fast paced fun environment. I enjoyed working for this company but decided to go into the medical field. Also the wages were too low for me personally.
Fun enviornment with sales quotas to keep working competitively.
Pay was good, great work environment. Made a lot or lifetime friends and management was actually awesome but no job security in contract work. Microsoft could renew the contract or not, you have no way of knowing til it happens.
Scheduling and pay is decent but management needs work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Tucson, AZ – December 13, 2017
The pay and schedules offered is pretty decent however you rarely receive recognition for achievements or for when you go above and beyond then what you are being paid for. Also of management and IT is notorious for sending people home without pay due to them not being to do their jobs and keep the systems up and running
its fun place to work,co-worker are very respectful

like going to work in different places all the time....would tell any one who want to work there to go for it....its a very good way to find out how the highways are made and how much work go into making it happen
time start soon you get out of your car
got to work your way around working to take a lunch break
Recruiter (Former Employee) – Green Bay, WI – December 6, 2017
The culture was one of clicks and if you weren't part of one you were screwed. Benefits are a joke and pay was low. If you are looking to start a career its ok for the short term, but don't come looking for a long-term solution.
Team Leader (Former Employee) – Cedar Rapids, IA – October 31, 2017
i would review call for quality an make time clock correction. I also would coach employee an assure they all was doing accordingly as the company intended. I enjoyed the people an also my supervisor most about the job.
Obviously contract work is not stable and you are reliant on managers that can maintain good relationships with the client. Benefits and compensation are marginal. Find the right manager and you will probably like the job but overall you can do better than this company. You are not going to get rich working here. On the other hand, pretty good freedom and flexibility.
customer service representative (Former Employee) – Saint Joseph, MO – October 24, 2017
i loved that i learned how many different news papers worked and how to help the customers even though the pay and benefits were ok advancement took longer than most palces. i also loved the fact that i learned about perscriptions and how the process works to have them authorized and reasons they were denied
