Sinking ship, full of leaders that have no clear direction on where to head the company and there's no innovative products.

Good People Awful Management
Team Member (Current Employee) –  Emeryville, CAFebruary 24, 2015
The company is run by a CEO who is more of a CTO so he fails to understand the "business" side of things. Honestly, this is a classic case of the tech company who was started by an engineer and needs to be run by a sales guy. The CEO has pet projects and spends time *actually coding* which is not anyway to run a railroad.

There was a COO when I first joined the company who had some business acumen but he was forced out and the company has suffered mightily since then.
Pros
free lunch, generally good work life balanece
Cons
no strategy, badly misinformed upper management
