Export-Import Bank is a fine export credit agency that does interesting and good work for the American people. In general, the political appointees want the agency to do more with fewer resources.

This was a "Quasi" federal agency

Ex-Im Bank is an off-branch of the White House. These were "bankers" and "business people".

I worked across from the white house and had a beautiful view from my office window

Great place to work no micro management

All staff is very patient and helpful and want everyone to succeed. Basically the only requirement is to get your job done, so if you are good at what you do this is a dream job.
Pros
flexible work schedule, easy metro access, all employees very professional at all times, employee concerns and problems addressed, by management immediately
Cons
was only a 6 month contract
