express is not a good temp agent they do not try to get jobs for people they do not call them back, do not work for them in ohio, the pay really stinks, you get no breaks and are lucky to get a lunch, they say 90 days you get hired on, NOT, express tries to extend as long as they can just to make money off of you

I worked through them for a few months, the employer promised me a full time hire on date, then come back and said they were slow so they were going to keep me on through Express... also had a non work related back injury and had to miss work and they let me go. Very unprofessional and would never work for again!

A typical day at work was a 20 minute drive to Waseca, working on several different computer programs looking for parts and figuring out where they were located. I became familiar with several computer programs and learned how to communicate with several different people at once.

Loved the people I worked with and the job i did. Very friendly environment and people. Learned many new things about the type of work i enjoy doing and how to work my way around more computer programs.

My co-workers have been great to work with and are friendly and helpful.

I got a little work from here. From my own experience,I think that a lot of temp agencies hire illegal aliens and also people who are transitioning from prison. Temp Agencies everywhere tend to help companies take advantage of good workers. I wish the agencies would all disappear. Then American workers would find reliable jobs. i learn a lot of skills working for the agency.. there's nothing hard about the job that i was given.. my coworker was nice they tent to help me out with stuff i didn't know

Express is a temp service,so i don't get much working days.Since i've been with them,i've worked 2 or 3 days in a month.

Get you to sign up and promise jobs then do not return calls. Shady and unprofessional!

It was very productive and fun to be Volunteering at this place.

There was no typical day at work.
The few days I reported for duty never learned much.
The management was questionable.
Never any co-workers to count on as team members.
The hardest part of the job is to rely upon is assigned work.
Since it is a temp agency, nothing is enjoyable.

The company is naples is poorly run, has bad management, and a horrible work environment, they treat their employees like dirt and the people who come to them for help don't get it.

Nothing to brag about, basically its like babysitting immature adults..

I learned how to do the shipping department.
Didn't deal with co-workers.
Management was nice.

work smarter not harder.. co-worker always ask to help each other out and i learn alot from everyone there and its a simpla task there
