Verified HIPAA , POA, Members Information, once Caller has been Verified and I am able to speak with them, Assist with Inbound calls from Members, that had questions about the Prescription Coverage, Copay, Explain EOB, and setup Members account for Mail Orders, Provided information to let them know if they need to have the Doctor to call in a New Prescription. Received Inbound Calls from Doctors, Nurses, Rehabilitations Centers, Hospitals.
