Senior Project Manager (Former Employee) –  St. Louis, MOApril 21, 2017
Very cut-throat and fast paced environment. No forethought on merging systems together. Need to put more emphasis on IT continuity and less reliance on contractors.

I do not wish to rate this company. I have worked here and learned a lot of things, but do not want my opinion to affect decisions of anyone reading my resume in any way.

Customer Service - Resolution Team Lead (Former Employee) –  GAApril 17, 2017
The job itself is not that enjoyable, but the worst part is that you are not properly compensated for your time or efforts. I understand that they give you the correct expectations when you start, but lets be real, they barely pay over minimum wage and expect amazing employees.
Pros
easy job
Cons
people are rude and there is nothing in place to help the stress of the workplace.

Advocate Supervisor (Current Employee) –  St. Louis, MOApril 15, 2017
ESI has had it's ups and downs as anything else. It's just disheartening to give an organizations your all but not be compensated properly for all your hard work! In addition, management does not provide support towards employees. Basically, overworked and underpaid!
Pros
gaining experience with multitasking and problem resolutions
Cons
pay, breaks, management

Patient Care Advocate(PCA) (Former Employee) –  Tempe, AZApril 15, 2017
A normal day at this place was fast paced environment you have to truly be able to balance your time management skills with your work as well as outside world, but working within company was great experience especially the staff and management were amazing people to work under, the most enjoyable part is differently all the different people you meet working up there, and the fun events that took place at job as appreciation to their employees. The hardest part is just balancing your schedule with home and work but other than that its great place of employment.

Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee) –  St. Louis, MOApril 11, 2017
Express Scripts is not the best place to work for if you are not able to handle being under paid and Inconvenient schedule changes. The company also has alot of people out two shifts which first shift leaves at 3:30pm and the second shift starts at that time with no grace period an limited parking spaces.
Pros
promised 40 work hours
Cons
under pay, poor management and scheduling

Assistant Manager of Account Receivable (Former Employee) –  St. Louis, MOApril 11, 2017
Express Scripts is a great company for the consumer. They do an awesome job in offering PBM. As an employee it is a scary place to work. They are known for the layoffs. There isn't anything worse as an employee as having the fear of layoffs over your head.
Pros
layoffs
Cons
great co workers
