Company was fair overall, paid good salary and benefits, very stressful place to work, management not to knowledgeable and not there for employees, didn't know what work employees really consisted of. Needed to get more involved in employee moral.
Had a bonus program to make more money according to performance

Not a good place to work if you want to advance and the morale was very low amongst the employees and management. Workload over exceeds compensation and not a environment that is concerned about employees.

Long hours of standing your every minute is accounted for and everyone is getting health issues because of the company treating us like robots. The pay is also not sufficient for the amount of work we have to do .

When I first worked for Express Scripts, it was a great place to work. It was fun and competitive. We had ample incentives to keep us working hard and it was fun. When we acquired medco it became a nightmare to work there.
Temp AZ - CPhT (Current Employee) – Tempe, AZ – May 15, 2017
A typical day is learning new things and working with great people. The management come by checking on employers sometimes asking about new ideas around are the work place. We like to have fun and make the work place time go fast. The hardest part of the job is to work fast and keep up with demand. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with great people and learning new things.
