it was a great company to work for 20 plus yrs ago.

Pros: it was great as far able to move up in the company.
Cons: it was not very friendly on help continue your education.
When I worked for this company 20 plus yrs ago. we had a great staff and dr's also. the only problem came when a new dr came along then no one was happy.

Too much work without compensation. Management never follows through or communicated.
Doctors were wonderful! Learned a lot, but taught myself because training wasn't available.
Co-workers very negative.
