Medical Records Clerk (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – February 12, 2015
Overall, the practice provides the best care for patients despite the consistancy of being short staffed and underpaid. Has very poor compensations with lack of management as management does not have appropriate certifications to manage what is considered a corporate practice as it has been growing tremendously. Coworkers lack the education and experience that take the time from the already short staff to train the inexperienced. Hardest part of any position is to have a positive attitude even though our stress levels have to be set aside to keep the practice running efficiently and appropriately. On the contrary, the most enjoyable part of any position is that it is rather open to learning hands on different departments such as Clinic Technicians.
health benefits are decent.
no breaks and very short lunches. absolutely zero unemployment.

Coordinator (Former Employee) – houston – October 22, 2012
Too much work without compensation. Management never follows through or communicated. Doctors were wonderful! Learned a lot, but taught myself because training wasn't available. Co-workers very negative.
