Worst place on earth.
Assistant (Former Employee) –  BELLAIRE, TXNovember 7, 2016
Monsters. Monsters. Monsters. The administration do not care about you, the patients, or even being decent human beings. They only care about the money. They pay everyone differently and you are supposed to have no idea how much everyone else is getting paid because if you talk about it, the terminate you. There are virtually no benefits. They will torture you for being human. Any time off you are scoffed at and treated badly. Everyone is out to make everyone look and feel bad. The high school janitor has a better work place than here. I am suicidal because of this place. You get paid nothing. Treated like nothing. Your humanity is tortured out of you until you have nothing left. Barely anyone knows what they are doing. No one trains and expects you to know everything. The supervisors just sit around and spew drama all day they do not help or fix anything. PTO is occurred at a snails pace and they want you to use it for FMLA doctors appointments sick leave EVERYTHING. They overbook as much as physically possible. They test your vulnerability. The doctors and management are abusive. They want me to do things opposite of what I've learned, because the right way demands too much time. If you are a patient, be aware of the medications on file and the medications they are prescribing you because most assistants do not check to see the doctor wants you on it before calling in a prescription. They don't check to see if it counteracts with what medications you are taking, and they wont even ask you. Sometimes they wont even ask to see if you are taking any meds.
Pros
You won't die from unemployment.
Cons
Raises are virtually nonexistent, Dead end job
