A great company. Allows you to be innovative, and gives you the freedom to always try out and use new technologies. I have learned a lot since my time here.

Software Developer Intern (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAFebruary 19, 2015
The company is pretty good driving to growth but no help from co-workers. The Boston office has a small workforce but there are very few parties or office outings(1 in 6 months).
Pros
Paid for extra hours of work, Work from Home

no Breaks

Senior Business Consultant (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJune 30, 2014
Eze is defined by it's people, and the culture is second to none. Unfortunately work/life balance is not as much a point of pride as is the Eze culture.
Pros
Culture, competitive salaries
Cons
Poor work/life balance
