Offer better pay. When people put there life on the line to protect and serve . For 14 per hour. Or less. I can get a job flipping burgers. Without all the bs. You want better people. More money makes a better work place.

I cannot think of any improvements for the FBI. Other positions represent numerous improvement opportunities, to include but not limited to; management styles, relationships that are based on personalities, and promotion prospects.
