We attend to administrative details to be fully compliant with government regulations. FCE constantly monitors client’s claims to assure consistency with goals and offer full-service administration, including the sensitive task of assisting companies through the transition. FCE provides ongoing consultation support on benefit design, ERISA, labor relations, government contract obligations, COBRA and HIPAA.

Presently we’re seeking a qualified administrative assistant to aid the director of our sales and marketing team in the following:

Building and nurturing of client relationships
Handling some travel arrangements for the director and his staff
Handle all administrative tasks associated with clerical support role
Possible travel up to 20% to conferences with director to deal with clients and potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS include at least 5 years of the following:

Top interpersonal skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and work with ever-changing priorities
Group insurance industry background required
Strong organization skills with good follow-up
Superb communication skills, both oral and written
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Administrative background in a sales environment
4 year college degree required
‘Sales Force’ software knowledge desirable
Ability to travel up to 20% nationwide, as needed
