Are you a competitive individual with a sense of urgency that is focused on results? If so you could be the sales person we've been looking for! FGS deals mostly in insurance restoration work and construction rehabs.
*50-70% of time will be dedicated to actively solicit existing accounts in designated territory. (Mostly sales visits, but also calls, emails and other contacts used to setup appointments)
*Work with sales team to aid and improve sales efforts, improve referral programs, and help generate ideas for new sales channels and opportunities
*Fast paced team environment focused on vendor relation programs, networking, local event organization, and email correspondence programs.
*Attend and organize local marketing exposure activities including tours of our facilities, attending conferences and tradeshows, as well as continuing education programs to incite more business.
*Weekly and monthly reporting of results
*Confident individual that easily adapts to situations.
*Must be personable and sensitive to others' needs during a time of loss (i.e. fire, water damage)
*Minimum of 1-2 years (preferred 3-5 years) of demonstrated success as a sales person, as well as prospecting experience. (preferred Business to Business)
*Strong relationship building skills with an ability to work well with others, as well as a mindset of high-level customer service.
*Self motivated and positive personality
*Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license required
*Sales or contact management software CRM experience preferred.
*Social networking, email sales correspondence, and email blast & design experience skills a plus
