Business Center Representative at HOTEL

Due to the fast-paced nature of business, the business center representative must be energetic, an excellent communicator, and possess a customer-service mentality.
Job Description: This position will provide office assistance for the hotel guests while supporting the audio visual staff with administrative duties. Responsibilities include providing impeccable customer service, generating correspondence, client billing, handling shipping requests, ordering supplies, and managing multiple tasks of a busy office.
Experience: Ideal candidates must be proficient with Windows-based computer programs including PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel with a typing speed between 45-50 words per minute. Experience with a copy center or business center is helpful. Candidates who have experience working at the Front Desk, in Guest Services, Concierge, or any administrative position in a hospitality environment are encouraged to apply. Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills and be capable of interacting with executives and business clientele.
