Job Description

Job Title: Contract Analyst / Entry Specialist
Reports To: Order Entry Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Order Entry

Summary: Analyzes and processes new, renewed & upgraded postage meter rental contracts. Manages dealer orders as needed, processes customer supply orders as needed, responds to related inquiries and problem resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Analyzes and processes rental contracts for new customer accounts, upgrades, renewals and change of ownerships for existing accounts. Analyzes and processes EZ Lease contracts. Rental Agreements must be accurate and complete prior to entering.
 Manages dealer orders, consignment postage meters, parts, and supplies as required through the web order holding system and as requested by materials manager when processing drop shipment orders are required.
 Maintains relationships with dealers & regional managers, communicates contract discrepancies as required to resolve pending issues quickly prior to entry.
 Enters and maintains new and existing customer accounts
 Handles inquiries from dealers, and FP personnel regarding postage meter contracts, sales orders, and related issues regarding new and existing accounts.
 Interacts frequently with all departments including finance, credit operations, customer care, warehouse, inside sales, technical services, and technical support regarding contracts and orders.
 Experience with operating dual monitors

Education/Experience:
Two or more years of related experience in a similar Contract entry role involving detailed paperwork and account maintenance activities. Experience in Navision a plus

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, knowledge of order processing systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
