Excellent Wages

$20/hour PLUS $3000 sign-on Bonus payable after 90 days w/ CDL & Hazmat +up to $1,500 in moving expenses

THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB PAID BY THE HOUR - MUSH HAVE CDL AND HAZMAT

Responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for preparing all paperwork for the deliveries/drivers at pick up (BOL/CoA/Scale Ticket/etc)
  • Responsible for the logging and transmission to Austin of the Daily Railcar Report
  • Operating Industrial Machinery

Loading our products onto railcars

Responsible for Daily Production Report

  • Coordinates the transfer of R/C's from rail (Blacklands RR) and the website updates (empties/waybills/yard report)
  • Yard Report for Austin
  • Prepares paperwork to scan/fax to Austin next day for prior days work (billing purposes)
  • Answers the phone from Austin to coordinate changes to schedule/BOL's
  • Keeps copies made of all logs, CoA's, RailCar Inbound/Outbound, TT load Report, scale tickets,
  • Communicates with Ofc Mgr when supplies are low or addtl resources needed to complete daily tasks
