We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager for our team.The Manager will lead and manage a team of payroll specialists in processing payroll for a complex, multi-state employer.The position provides exemplary service in the timely and accurate processing of payroll and provides excellent customer service.
Requirements * A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Payroll plus a minimum of 3 years of management experience
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience; HRCI certification preferred
- Advanced HRIS skills (Ultipro strongly preferred) along with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State law impacting pay practices
- Strong critical thinking, analytical , and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with audiences across a wide spectrum of society with strong oral and written skills
- Proactive and service oriented; able to lead customer service excellence
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and coordinate own and others’ actions
