ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Assist the Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality
Support the audit plan activity including supplier audits and internal quality audits.
Develops and Maintains Quality Plans for new and existing products.
Support the creation and maintenance of company quality documentation such as
Quality Manuals, Quality Procedures, etc.
Perform analysis on customer returned product (RMA) and identify root cause.
Documents and Dispositions non-conforming materials in the MRB.
Provide Quality support for production, Purchasing, Engineering and Customer Service
Develops inspection and process control procedures, and provides appropriate training.
Provides Quality Inspection Support to final inspection when needed.
Responsible for spending time on the Manufacturing floor working with all internal
Assure that calibration for all inspection equipment is being followed and monitored.
Complete First Article when needed.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education and/or experience:
Technical Degree or a minimum of (5) years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with geometric dimensions and tolerances GD&T.
Experience working with ISO 9001:2008 environment.
Technical Certification preferred.
Must be able to speak English
