Paint shop is a joke, nothing but empty promises
Production Worker (Current Employee) –  Tomball, TXMarch 14, 2017
Not a lot to brag about in the paint side of this company. Could actually have a person that knows something about industrial paintings. Paint equipment is way out of date and they expect top quality finishes. Talking to upper management is like talking to a pile of rocks.

Purchasing Manager (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXJuly 14, 2016
Normal 10 hour days. Lots of meetings. Tolerable working conditions Co-workers were an asset. Finding , purchasing, and reviewing daily products and services for operation of the facility and sourcing raw material for the finished product was my daily task. Training and developing junior buyers was a delight. Vendor negotiations were daily chores.
Pros
Well run operation. One owner.
Cons
Pay. Healthcare.

Welder/Fabricator (Current Employee) –  Tomball, TXFebruary 1, 2016
Work in my own booth at fairly fast pace depending on the project. Had the opportunity to learn to TIG weld Aluminum. They let me practice on mt lunch breaks on work on small personal project. Cons very repetitive projects building dump bins.
