Learn the product ...But learn the paper work involved FIRST as you will feel lost and learn that 90% of the buyers must have cash and land No packages ...Every thing is pieced out from the set up to the delivery Everything is extra !!!
My direct manager was so busy that there was little time for direct training ..He is hog tied doing what a Finance consultant should be doing ...They are under staffed for what they do

Your a Telemarketer !!! A receptionist !! A Greeter and a Tour Guide in a Factory and everything is monitored unlike anything i have ever done before from your calls to your walk throughs as they will record those and send in for approval from the mighty OZ
And yes you can make really good money ...BUT ... It takes months to build your pipe line the typical time before you will start seeing money is 90 days from your first sale and if you leave or get fired with homes in the pipe line -that money goes back to the company not you and the first 3 months of salary ... $2000.00 -30 days then 1500.00 the next 30 days then 1000 the last 30 days No paid vacation The insurance is so costly that i couldn't afford it But a plus is the 3 weeks off per year with no pay ...yeaaa... This company is all about its self !! They need sales people !!! They need Telemarketers/receptionist combo to set the appointments after they make sure the buyers have land and money in place Plus a Financial consultant to do the paper work even though they do not do any in house financing they refer your credit app to one of 3 leaners The paper work is a maze of custom orders that is always changing due to NOT being done correctly the first time with people who are learning so that holds up all the homes in the pipe line .
