Great place to work. They train their employees and have a great work environment. The attorney and staff are will to take their time to explain and be very specific to want or what they need done on any project.

This place is not managed well whatsoever. The new HR Manager is a mean woman on a mission to make people's life's miserable. They overwork people and compensate very little. The paralegals are worked like associates. Overall, this is place is not great!

I loved working for Faegre Baker Daniels. The job was entertaining, challenging, and steady. I loved assisting in events onsite and offsite. I tend to be a people person, so assisting with events allowed me to get to know the attorneys and clients on a personal level.

Run of the mill firm. Many employees have left for other firms in the last year and a half. Treatment is tiered. Laas on the bottom, attorneys on top - and that keeps going that way although employees have tried to cure that, it's been to no avail. Evaluation process is unfair and you get no say. You will bust your butt every day and get nowhere. Make up excuses not to pay you your money that was earned by you. No basis whatsoever. I was not able to pay for some Christmas gifts this year. important bills because of that! Met a fee good friends here though. They are all now at other firms.
a few friends; lunch break
management is a problem; employees are treated like paid robots, employers point fingers before doing investigations. lots of turnover.
Assistant (Former Employee) – Minneapolis – May 17, 2013
Strong values and commitment to work/life balance. Overall, they treat their employees well, even those that do not bill time. Lots of opportunities to be involved in community service and diversity-related events and activities
