Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the eBusiness Solutions Administrator in the research, development, maintenance, and oversight of the Credit Union's eBusiness solutions including but not limited to the home banking, bill pay, eStatements, mobile banking, intranet and website.

Works closely with eBusiness Solutions Administrator to integrate marketing, business development, and operational strategies into eBusiness solutions that are accessible to employees, members, and potential members.

Assist in administration and support of intranet online tools and applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience - Two years to five years of similar or related experience.

Education - (1) A two year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in house training or apprenticeship program.

Interpersonal Skills - Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Must have good communication skills. Effective project manager skills with good follow through with project principals. Self-motivated. Ability to provide solutions during the development process to make outcome more efficient. Ability to apply website technologies to enhance website efficiencies or experience.

Other Skills - Basic working knowledge of object oriented design and programming languages. Familiar with web development technologies such as classic ASP, .net,html, java script and php. Experience with SQL and Access database administration. Knowledge of DTS (data transformation services and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) in order to perform daily, monthly and quarterly maintenance. Knowledge with scripting tools such as Foxtrot. Experience with software such as Adobe Create Suite, Microsoft office Professional, Visual Studio, SQL Developer and SQL Server Management Studio. Basic knowledge of information technology. Understanding of information security.

Physical Requirements - Work is typically sedentary but may require standing and walking up to 20 percent of time. Lifting up to 50 pounds is occasionally required.
