Fairmont is a really busy residential, so there is always work which is great. I enjoy the benefits which is probably the best insurance I've ever had.

Assistant Front Office Manager (Former Employee) –  San Jose, CAJanuary 4, 2017
The hardest part of the job is the competition that is around you. Fairmont is known to hire great talent, and they know that this is the only way to make it a great place to work.

Pool Side Server (Former Employee) –  Wailea-Makena, HIJanuary 2, 2015
This company believes in empowering their staff. You can do what ever you need to to make the guest happy. I love that! My manager was great to work for, I always wanted to support her. She always had my back. The benefits of working for Fairmont are incredible. This company is an unknown gem in the hotel industry.
Cons
Strick rules on taking time off within the first year.
