It was owned by my older brother first then I toke the overall responsibility of the bakery when I was about 13 years of age. Our customers were very satisfied from the services we provided them. They would cook food at home and bring them to us for lunch and dinner. The work was a little hard. It was 8 hours of standing in front of a wooden oven even – more... in hot summer without any cooling system. I went to School in the afternoons. The best part about working there was that I helped and supported my family financially and the worst part was waking up at 3-4 in morning and going to work. I am tired with family business.....my current job is not challenging...its boring..no growth...used to work for airport for 6 years...feels like going back to some airport and work...If not get any different job in any companies where I can see growth on myself..

Basic accounting and bookkeeping are done weekly.

The family had the opportunity to purchase a beautiful 7 acre property on a river with a restaurant and rental property. For 5 years the property prospered until the winter of 2009 when we were closed due to the economic downturn and a series of winter storms closed all accesses to the town and the restaurant for 45 days.
