Management is very nice and treats employees with respect. Reimburses for parking and other expenses incurred on duty.

Hardest part of the job is meeting deadlines and influx of cases that come in on a weekly basis.
Most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that you can make a difference in the lives of foster children, and helping children find permanency.
