It would take months to get flexible spending account reimbursements and one I never did receive but didn't feel like hassling with anymore. Expensive insurance, not good benefits. Owner does not respond to emails timely. Around the time I left they were changing how often families were seen and you could have been working 4 weeks straight with no day off. My manager was the worst micro manager, heartless person I have ever met in this kind of profession.
