Human Service Worker (Former Employee), Fredericton, NB – April 20, 2012
Pros: references, hours, helping others
Cons: underpaid, often over worked, no benefits, wear on vehicle, lack of quality personal time
Working for Family First can be rewarding due to the nature of the job. Hours are usually given out on a how much can you take basis. The job is grossly under paid considering the qualifications you need. Also the job requires use your your personal vehicle which is not paid for. Milage is paid which covers the gas but not even close to wear and tear – more... you put on the vehicle. Training is not paid. The job looks excellent on a resume and may be great for someone just coming out of school and looking for a good short term job. this job is not for anyone who looking to make a living or have the time to spend with their friends and family. For a Company Called Family First its often its employees families that get strained. – less
