Pros: employee status, benefits
Cons: hard to advance without getting a degree
I've worked at other home-based companies and working at Family Priority offers a lot that the others don't. Payday is every 2 weeks, and employees are paid for the work that they've completed, without having to wait for the company to get paid. Everyone in an employee, so taxes are taken out and there is health and dental insurance available. I can't – more... tell you how great it is to be able to predict what my paycheck is and to know that I won't owe the IRS a huge amount at tax time. Not to mention how flexible they are in scheduling, I don't have to drive any farther than I want to and they do not dictate what my day to day schedule is.
I would recommend Family Priority to anyone looking to have more stability in a home-based job. – less
