Program Description
Prevention and Recovery in Early Psychosis (PREP) is a program at FSA that operates in partnership with the University California, San Francisco (UCSF). This program is dedicated to early detection of psychosis and early delivery of care with a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment. The program combines a series of evidence-based treatments in Strength-based Care Management, Medication Management, Multi-family Group Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Early psychosis, Vocational rehabilitation and Cognitive Training to address the issue early and bring the symptoms to full remediation.

Job Description
- Analyze and write all PREP evaluation quarterly and annual reports
- Implement PREP research meetings in all 5 counties
- Attend executive/operations committee meetings in all 5 counties
- Manage and supervise all paid and volunteer research assistants
- Develop and implement PREP and BEAM evaluation workplan
- Provide on-going data use and evaluation training for staff and stakeholders
- Manage CIRCE evaluation, program monitoring, data collection and reporting processes for PREP
- Develop, collect and monitoring of CMS self-monitoring plan
- Develop and Manage program model, fidelity and infrastructure development activities for PREP
- Primarily responsible for evaluation and measurement infrastructure development
- Present evaluation findings and other data for stakeholders
- Serve as primary liaison for evaluation with academic and community partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in psychology, post-doctoral candidates encouraged to apply
  • A minimum of 4 years in research and evaluation
  • Strong verbal and written skill
