The Marketing Coordinator will support projects and activities for marketing products or services

Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage projects assigned to you using our agency workflow process
  • Track project status and maintain clear and up-to-date project status reports
  • Track and report next steps that result from meetings or calls
  • Gather information from internal partners or external resources
  • Track and report estimated vs. actual project costs
  • Process invoices
  • Provides admin support to the department

Campaign Support

  • Gather estimates and key timelines for campaign launches
  • Work with brand managers to finalize and communicate marketing calendar
  • Manage current store listings with print vendors
  • Assist team with getting final sign-offs from appropriate departments and QA/legal team
  • Track schedules to ensure on-time delivery

Innovation Support

  • Support Innovation and Strategy team in developing timelines and leading projects from idea to launch
  • Work with innovation team on creating and executing strategy
  • Support Innovation and Strategy team on all innovation related projects via project management

Consumer Response

  • Monitor and respond to consumer submissions
  • Compile monthly report for department
  • Maintain portal documents and online nutritional charts

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work effectively within the marketing team and cross functionally within the organization
  • Understanding of marketing foundational concepts – i.e. 4Ps, 3C’s, etc. and how they are applied in a real world enviornment
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with all internal and external customers, vendors, and franchisees
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem recognition and resolution skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from four year college/university
  • Two+years of related experience
  • Significant experience with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Environment and Conditions:
Working conditions are indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 75% of the time or more. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
