The department was going through management and staff changes. There were new additions to staff and redistribution of duties. The bank had just been reviewed by the regulators and the new BSA Officer was reassigning the workload and attempting to assure that all requirements made by the regulators were addressed. This made it necessary to add overtime and weekend hours to bring everything up to date and up to required reviews.
