not a good place to work
route sales trainee (Former Employee), San Antonio texasAugust 14, 2013
Farmer brothers was a hard company to work for. they say they take care of there employees, but they could care less about there well been. If you make one mistake they will fire you, no matter hoe=w long you had been there. They also do not pay overtime to hourly employees. The do not throw any thing away, but make the employees sell old product to – more... customers or they get fired. Mamagement think they are better than anyone else and lookdown at employees. will not ever talk about this company to any business. they are the most expensive product on the market – less

Cons: healthcare sucks. no compensation for work given
a typical day at work is going in at 5:00 a.m and working until about 6:00 and that is if the regional mgr doesnt call and xpect more out of you. The company doesnt't want to pay hourlyemployees overtime so they put everything on salaried employees and expect seven days of work out of you for no added compensation.
