BASE: Guarantee Pay (minimum $36,000 1st year income subsidy) and Matching options with free leads for homeowners, life, and auto- plus subsidy for an office lease and staff.

Agency Managers are an elite group of Farmers insurance agents who have specialized, fast tracked training to prepare them to establish and operate their own office with staff within 6-12 months.

TRAINING: Farmers is currently ranked #1 in the industry by Trainings.com- Includes week long paid travel and training to the University of Farmers in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Our top ranked district office located in beautiful Las Colinas (N. Irving, TX) is home to multiple Agency Managers who are members of the Million Dollar Round Table, Blue Vase Award Winners, and Board Members with NAIFA. Currently we are 20 for 20 with retention for Career AM’s. Average income for 3-6 year tenured Agency Managers is $165,000 and top producers make upper $700,000’s.

You will be working with the District and Agency Development Managers to help market and promote your business; from auto and home insurance to life insurance and mutual funds. Farmers provides continual support in technology, customer service, marketing and education, and FREE LEADS paid for by the District Manager; not to mention an unlimited (recession proof) market for your products.

REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years of proven industry experience in any field of insurance, financial, retail, or any outside sales

Texas Dept. of Insurance Property & Casualty and/or Life, Accident & Health license(s)- not required but recommended

Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organization skills

Strong community presence with an established network of personal and business contacts

Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions

At least 21 years of age

Ability to pass EXTENSIVE Criminal and Credit background checks
