Farmers Insurance of Minneapolis, MN is seeking highly motivated or experienced professionals who enjoy networking, marketing, and strategic social media initiatives to promote our diversified insurance and financial products in and around Minneapolis MN. Unlike most insurance companies we offer more than 65 products that cater to a wide variety of customers and also promote growth for our agents. Responsibilities

  • Utilizing Farmers Marketing Systems, or those you may develop, to reach potential customers for our Insurance and Financial Services products
  • Providing excellent customer service to policyholders
  • Attending networking & sales events, trade shows & community events
  • Educating and assisting customers
  • Creating your own daily schedule, emailing and corresponding with customers

Requirements
The qualified New Business Development Manager candidate will have:

  • Sales and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation and goal-orientation
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
  • Desire to continually learn new products and services
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Basic computer skills
  • A favorable criminal record -- No Felonies
