New York’s popular children’s sports company is looking for a customer service receptionist to assist with day-to-day administrative duties.

Position: Front Desk Staff (Part-time and Full-time positions available)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in customers as they arrive
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Educate customers on Fastbreak Sports programs and offerings
- Enroll customers for classes
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of birthday parties and events
- Communicate with customers via email in a timely fashion

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Ability to learn and utilize our online registration system
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate verbally and written in a very professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Friendly, upbeat, and positive demeanor
- Detail oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Background check
- Weekend hours

Preferred experience and knowledge in:
- Graphic design
- Photography
- Education / Early childhood
- Physical Education
