Small staff that relies upon individuals succeeding personally to allow for a steady flow of jobs to follow through the process from proof to production.

Fast pace, excessive amount of customer service, file and faxing, management was fantastic, co-workers were helpful, hardest part of the job was the commute, the environment was extremely enjoyable and fun.

If it wasn't for the mismanagement this woiuld be a great job. Despite offering no benefits and asking to work extra hours for same pay rate there is design freedom. I enjoyed some of the workers but sadly in the end management and lack of respect on the job forced me to leave.

Excellent customer service is very important for this job! Client assistance via telephone, email, face-to-face, and fax is how you will communicate with others. It is very important to stay on top of inquires and questions a client may have - this is how to be successful. Cons: the commute was horrible, but for the love of my work i drove.
Created new files and customer provided files for output on large format printers. Also managed and maintained programs and equipment for vinyl cutting and output. My direct co-worker was pleasant to work with and taught me a lot of new skills in the industry. The best part of my job is dealing with customers but it could also be the worst part of the job. I enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients to help fulfill their vision. This was one of the most rewarding companies to work for. As a small company they allowed me to learn every position available while working and a fulltime student they did what they could to help me to succeed and become a success in the company.

There was open hostility toward one another & toward me for THE SLIGHTEST of errors, errors that occurred well before the print phase, errors that occurred during the PROOF phase. I have learned a ton of different skills working in such a fast paced environment. Multitasking is an understatement. I've had to deal with very short and fickle deadlines on a daily basis.
