Pros: flexable schedule, enjoyed the staff, lunch flexible
Cons: getting cancelled, working alternate shifts, shifts not available
Enjoyable. I never knew where I was going to work because this is a "Pool Nurse Agency". The office staff that called is always friendly, cordial & willing to work with your schedule. They would do their best to fulfill my scheduling needs in for me or offer other options that were comparable to be as sure as possible to fill in my hours for me. When – more... I was on medical leave they regularly called me to check on me, to see how I was feeling & even Prayed with me & told me to hurry & get better, that the people I was working with were 'missing' me & asking for me. This meant a great deal to me because because Not even my Full Time job was doing such things! They Really made me feel wanted & appreciated for the work I was so Proud of! – less

Cons: no benefits, last minute assignments, no security
The local people here are amazing, encouraging, and kind. Communication is great, and the compensation is more than adequate. Payroll is always on time. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Favorite.

Pros: variety, flexible, great pay, knowledgeable and professional staff
Cons: per diem, gets canceled, sometimes, contract-not canceled
I have worked per diem for about 8 months or so. I can work as much or as little as fits into my schedule. I am also in touch with the traveling portion of Favorites and may consider this at some point. Staff are friendly and accommodate any schedule. Any problems with other individuals at facilities worked have been quickly taken care of by professional – more... staff. – less
