Combination Pipe Welder (Former Employee) –  Pasadena, TXSeptember 20, 2017
Everyone had a positive attitude, we would bring burritos in the morning. Have our morning meeting, for the most part everyone would participate and we would say a prayer. half way through they switched management. in the office and things started going down hill after that. The company lost the job.
Pros
the group i was in
Cons
communication with upper management.

What a place?
Tutor (Former Employee) –  Beaver, WVAugust 18, 2017
This is a place to work. However; many should be aware that its' not a place to live. The staff always work in a upbeat temperament. The hardest part of the job is not being able to leave when your done. Staff requires you to complete the work however; no understanding when you truly have to take off.
Pros
Getting or moving out
Cons
Long hours

ACQUISITION SPECIALIST CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER (Former Employee) –  Hanover, MDAugust 7, 2017
I had a wonderful experience working here with FCI at the Hanover office, supporting DISA Ft. Meade. The people are super nice and helpful, and the work atmosphere is professional without being stuffy or boring.

Mismanagement of organizational tools for success
Senior Account Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJune 21, 2017
Lack of internal organization and professional services required to adequately complete sales. There are very few opportunities for female advancement. The management only responds to needs if money is lost. The company relies almost completely on leads created and uncovered by the primary manufacturer.

Project Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Glendale, AZJune 14, 2017
As a Project Coordinator with FCI, a typical day included touching base with the Project Superintendent for follow up on any subcontractor concerns or updates, creating invoices for subcontractor, tracking costs and project budgets and ensuring all project files were in order.

The office culture was easy going and relaxed and employees were well taken care of and valued.

Production Assembler (Current Employee) –  San Marcos, CAMarch 31, 2017
This company has opportunity if you go through the right channels. The more educated you are the more chances of growth. The pay will keep the bills at bay but you will never get rich there.
Pros
It's work.
Cons

Enjoyable work and crew
Operator (Former Employee) –  Etters, PAJanuary 3, 2017
Fast paced, detail oriented.
Worked in several different areas, with my final assignment being on the Gig-Array team. Worked independently, was expected to run production and inspect parts as they came off of machine at a fast pace. Cleaned and oiled machine daily and advised maintenance of any issues. Used a microscope to check each component.
Gig-Array production was sold to China and machines shipped out.

Senior IT Recruiting Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXDecember 31, 2016
Friendly environment to work at. Co-workers were great.
Management was great. Learned to balance job orders and candidates. Typical day at work is to review past applications, follow up with candidates and job orders, attend meetings, setup interviews, sign contracts and legal documents.

Most enjoyable is search for candidates and new job orders. Best part is when you place/sign off the candidate at client site for the job order.

Owner/Operator (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXDecember 19, 2016
Great places to work for had a lot of fun. Management and staff were wonderful. I learned dispatch and customers service ideas and work ethics from these employers. how to Supervise and work along side some of the best co-workers around the US. A typical day would be clocking getting right to work and chat with co-works throughout the day take turns to buy lunch was my favorite. the hardest thing about the job would be disgruntle employees and the most enjoyable is learning new things about the business and office work.
Pros
great OT

short breaks

Would be a great place to work after it is established and is not a start up company, will be a great place to work once there is an actual pay roll and you are not payed as an independent contractor and paid by job or 1090'ed
