Cons: most training is low quality online; too many hours of work expected
Corporate is concerned about their bonus.
Safety is a cost, not a core value, at best it is a changing priority.
Front line employees are great.
Supervision is over tasked with corporate mandates.
Corporate micro manages the books and does not believe in life / work balance.
If an "interviewee" states that their family is first, management is to not – more... hire them…I saw this in a training session by corporate HR! – less
