High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree is preferred;
Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative support experience is required;
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computers;
Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Knowledgeable and experienced in the use of social media;
Must possess strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced work environment is required;
Ability to work independently and take action proactively with minimal supervision;

Handle administrative support responsibilities for the organization including typing, filing, data entry, and etc.;
Coordinate meetings and appointments, webinars, video conferences, and office logistics;
Social Media proficiency and ability to navigate Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and etc.;
Assist CEO and Social Media Marketing Manager in daily office operations;
Create and/or edit files which include: documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports;
Maintain and update client database and profiles;
Assist in monitoring and posting of content on the company web page and social media sites;
Conduct Topic Specific Internet research to support marketing projects, as needed;
Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours: P/T 10 – 15 hours per week, evenings and weekends
Salary: $7.50 - $9.00 per hour
