This was a very good place to work. The job gave me a chance to learn and grow as well as use my creative talents.
Associate Retail Consultant (Former Employee), Honolulu, HI – April 22, 2012
Pros: happy atmoshpere of the work place, the ability to work with various machines, learning how to work and use copiers, other machinery
Cons: the salary was not the best for the amount of work, number of jobs expected of us as employees.
Interesting job with new things to learn every day. There was a variety of duties that kept you on your toes. I learned how to load photo paper into the photo printers. The managers were usually very helpful but sometimes got so busy they forgot that you needed to have a lunch break. Co-workers were very helpful and friendly and always willing to share – more... helpful hints and show you how to do tasks you were unfamiliar with or did not know. The hardest part of the job was trying to help two or three customers at one time. A typical day was always very busy with customers needing help in working the copier machines, the computers, and faxing paperwork or getting their packages ready and sent out on time for the last pickup time. The most enjoyable part was being able to show a customer how to work the copier or print one of their photos and see the pride and happiness on their face as they viewed their work. – less

At one time, this was a wonderful company to work for. The management was amazing, the pay was top-notch, work was fun, creative, and overall very enjoyable. That time is long gone. Fed-Ex came in and changed the entire atmosphere.
I worked for FredEx Kinko's Office for four years and they are great to their employees that are honest and hard working! I learned skills with them that I still use today.

Pros: fun work environment
FedEx Kinko's offered many positives incentives to their employees. The center manager was kind and understanding about family issues. The assistant center managers were a testament to the center manager. The knowledge you gain from working at FedEx Kinko's and the relationships you build with both team members and clients will last a life time.
