I would first identify any problems that would possibly endanger the health and safety of children and staff and correct them. I would then have a meeting with staff to determine what, if any training is required to ensure that we are compliant with Offs regulations and set up the proper training. Next, review the children's records and insure that the proper paperwork is in order and that the proper placement had been made for each student. I would then arrange to meet with parents for their feedback. I would do frequent classroom evaluations of staff and correct problems accordingly. Constant interaction with staff, parents and children is essential for a positive learning environment for children and a positive working environment for staff

Upper management do not care about their staff. They see the individuals as dollar signs and everything is about money with them. They probably might review this and pay for it to be taken down because people are being honest. Whoever sold fedcap Easter seals should be ashamed because they just sold this company to the devil. And fed cap will never have any luck because of the way they do people.
