Productive work place to work and enchanced all of my skills in doing this job. I had communicate and interact with all personnel in the company.
Pros: free lunches in our department on occasions, awards for exemplary performance.
Cons: none to define.
I would have to give an overall rating of a *****star. Compensation and benefits were fine. I had job security but could not advance until I completed my Masters Program. I learned about many things in this position that were interesting to me. I was involved in holding
events for various occasions and involved in planning Board Meetings, assisting
– more... executives with communications, airline reservations, helping with department budgets, keeping all executive files in order for Board meetings. Assisting with meeting agendas, etc. Traveled to a few meetings outside of Pittsburgh on an on need basis. Co-workers were very nice. I had my own office but the most difficult part of the job was putting in 42-44 hrs of work on weeks of oncoming events. I also handled annual negotiations with the hotels in Pittsburgh to house the Board members when the came to the monthly board meetings in Pittsburgh. I enhanced my
computer skills in this position. – less
