As a Medicaid Service Coordinator you had to manage your time effectively, FEGS was like a family . The team of young ladies that I worked with were great, We network, supported and encourage one another.
I learned how to be an effective team player, advocate , support, referred for additional services as needed,
The hardest part of my job was when the agency went bankrupt and we had to start all over in a short period of times.
The most enjoyable part of my job was providing new services to the individuals that I served. See some of them getting part time employment , getting a recreational program and going into a residence. I watch my individuals grow and become more independent.
